Compensation :

Winchester, VA Level 1: (1-5 years) pay: $35-47 W2

Winchester, VA Level 2: (5-10 years) pay: $45-55 W2

* This is the targeted compensation range for this role per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.

A Legal Specialist provides support by accurately complying with garnishments, child support orders, tax liens and IRS levy by restricting members accounts or funds.

Preferred qualifications:

• * We would like the candidates to have legal experience working in an attorney's office or court
• * Focused and able to time manage with minimal to no supervision
• * Able to take initiatives
