We are a national network of experienced, high‑level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on‑demand support for both short‑term and long‑term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated California Family Law / Business Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.

• Provide support on family law and business litigation matters
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Assist with case strategy, analysis, and litigation planning
• Review case files and help move matters forward efficiently
• Support hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation activities as needed
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and legal teams when appropriate

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California
• Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience
• Business litigation experience strongly preferred
• Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
