International Employment Counseling Associate

Overview

• Seeking an Employment Associate with 3+ years of experience for a global firm's Employment Group.
• Candidates with 5 or more years of experience must have international employment counseling experience. AmLaw 100 firm experience is preferred.
• Provide employment law advice and counsel to clients, ranging from emerging growth to Fortune 500 companies.
• Conduct employment diligence and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Counsel clients on employment policies, practices, reductions in force, and employee terminations.
• Draft and negotiate employment, retention, and related agreements, including restrictive covenants.
• Advise on employee mobility matters.
• The role focuses on cross-border and global employment work, with frequent interaction with international offices. International counseling experience is strongly preferred for all candidates.
• Required:
  
  JD from a nationally recognized law school, bar admission in the application jurisdiction, strong academic background, and immediately transferable skills.
• This position operates under a hybrid work model, requiring regular in-office presence with some flexibility for remote work.
• The expected annual compensation range is $260,000 - $420,000, varying by geographic market and candidate qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.
