Our client, a respected national law firm, is seeking a senior-level litigation attorney to join its Washington, D.C. office within a growing Consumer Financial Services practice.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced attorney to take on significant responsibility in both state and federal court matters, representing financial institutions in single‑plaintiff litigation and appellate work.
Key Responsibilities &
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Washington, D.C. Bar in good standing is required; admission in Virginia and/or Maryland is a plus.
- A minimum of five years of litigation experience and a minimum of three years of experience handling financial services litigation, contested foreclosure matters, and/or consumer debt litigation.
- Demonstrated experience managing depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing legal team.
