The Oregon Department of Justice seeks an Assistant Attorney General (Criminal Prosecutor, DA Asst Section) to lead and prosecute a wide range of cases across Oregon. You will evaluate cases, advise district attorneys, and present trainings statewide while collaborating with local, state and federal partners.
The role requires bar membership in good standing, 5+ years of prosecutorial experience, and strong advocacy and writing skills. Some remote work may be available; travel is required.
