Mission Recruiting is proud to represent a boutique family law firm in Newport Beach, California, seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. This full-time opportunity offers a salary range of $175,000 to $300,000+ DOE, discretionary bonus consideration, and a flexible remote schedule with availability for court appearances as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of dedicated family law experience, active California State Bar membership in good standing, strong writing and communication skills, and demonstrated courtroom experience. This attorney should be comfortable appearing in Orange County Superior Court for hearings, RFOs, trials, and other family law proceedings.
Responsibilities- Litigating family law matters from start to finish, independently managing a family law caseload, handling petitions for dissolution, disclosures, discovery, settlement, evidentiary hearings, and trials, drafting pleadings and motions, communicating with clients professionally and compassionately, and collaborating with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- This position includes a salary range of $175,000 to $300,000+ DOE, discretionary bonus consideration, medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan options, profit sharing, a cash balance defined benefit plan, PTO, paid holidays, MCLE support, bar dues, team outings, and work-from-home flexibility.
- Candidates must have 5+ years of dedicated family law experience, active California Bar membership in good standing, excellent writing and client service skills, and the willingness and ability to attend court regularly. CFLS designation, eligibility, or interest is preferred.
