The Medicaid Fraud & Abuse Division (MFA) of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office in Olympia seeks a criminal AAG to handle cases from initial investigation through prosecution. Work with a multidisciplinary team on investigations of fraud against the State Medicaid program, coordinate caseloads, and collaborate on national cases with NACU and other agencies.
Qualifications include ABA‑accredited law degree, Washington license (or active pursuit), 4–5 years in financial fraud
