Compensation$130,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus

AboutThe Role
We are seeking attorneys to join a growing Housing & Unlawful Detainer team handling landlord-tenant, habitability, and unlawful detainer matters across California. Candidates will work on complex, high-stakes litigation under the guidance of experienced trial attorneys. Flexible work arrangements, including remote options, are available. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in habitability and unlawful detainer litigation are preferred, though attorneys at all levels are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Handle habitability and unlawful detainer matters in state and federal court
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development
- Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses for hearings and trials
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office litigation teams
- Communicate with clients regarding case strategy, updates, and risk management
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed and admitted to practice in California (required)
- 2+ years of experience in habitability/unlawful detainer litigation preferred; all experience levels encouraged
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Self-starter capable of managing cases independently while collaborating with a team
