Litigation Defense Paralegal

Due to promotion, Quest Group is searching for a talented Defense Litigation Paralegal for our client, a defense litigation law, firm in Miami, (Coconut Grove area).

I am retained by a highly respected firm whom we have worked with extensively and everyone we have placed absolutely loves working with them!!!! Headquarters is in Atlanta and they also have offices in Phoenix, Orlando, Miami, Las Vegas and Birmingham and Houston!

Role will be supporting several attorneys and responsible for:

• The firm has 11 Attorney's and 2 Paralegals and an Office Service Clerk who supports the entire firm. Looking to add an additional experienced Defense Litigation Paralegal WHO HAS EXPERIENCE ATTENDING TRIALS (Main focus is premises, personal injury, products liability and insurance defense work MUST HAVE DEFENSE EXPERIENCE
  )
• Attending trials supporting counsel.
• Assist with Drafting litigation documents.
• Summarize Medical records and prepare chronologies.
• Prepare timelines, compile info and prepare statistics/charts.
• Locate experts needed for trial.
  * MUST have experience attending trails!)
• Assist with performing legal research.

36.25 hour work week (PAID FOR 40 hours), eligible for Overtime (8:45am-5pm)
