Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, an internationally recognized intellectual property law firm located near Mosaic District in Vienna, VA, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our team on a full‑time basis. Salary Range: $160k – $180k.

• Prosecution of patent applications for leading global technology companies.
• Collaboration with clients and other professionals.
• Conducting case discussions with clients.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent.
• One to three years of substantial patent prosecution experience as a licensed attorney at a U.S. law firm or in‑house.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
