Fair Elections Center is seeking an experienced Counsel to join its Voting Rights Project. The Counsel will litigate voting rights cases unionizing with attorneys, advocates, and partners to advance election reform and protect access to the ballot.
Reporting to the Litigation Director, the role involves researching, drafting, and arguing cases, as well as engaging in legislative advocacy and policy initiatives that expand voter participation nationwide.
