The United States Courts in the Jacksonville Division seeks a Staff Attorney to support the court in prisoner litigation, including 1983 civil rights claims and habeas petitions. In-person work at the Jacksonville courthouse is preferred; however, remote work may be considered for applicants with prior Federal Staff Attorney experience.
Qualified candidates must be a law school graduate with three years of post-JD legal experience and possess excellent research and writing skills.
