Gridmatic Inc. is seeking its first internal legal counsel to lead the development of commercial legal functions. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and offers ownership to build from scratch, drafting, negotiating, and setting up processes for scaling safely.
You will draft and negotiate energy agreements, manage outside counsel, and align legal strategy with fast-paced commercial goals, with remote work and hybrid/in-office options in Houston, Cupertino or San Francisco.
