Port Charlotte, FL — This is an on-site opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working collaboratively with a team and being directly involved in the day-to-day practice of law.
Note:
Must have an active Florida Bar license in good standing and 1+ year of directly relevant personal injury experience. This is an on-site role with limited flexibility for hybrid or remote work. About Us

Job Description- Represent clients in personal injury matters from case evaluation through resolution
- Manage and advance an assigned caseload while keeping cases organized and moving forward
- Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, insurance coverage, and overall case value
- Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other involved parties
- Draft pleadings, demands, correspondence, discovery, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client's circumstances
- Negotiate claims and settlements while protecting clients' interests
- Prepare cases for litigation, hearings, depositions, mediation, and trial as appropriate
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to provide responsive, high-quality client service
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 1+ year of personal injury law experience
- Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
- Sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple active matters
- Strong client-service mindset and professional demeanor
- Ability to work on-site in Port Charlotte, FL
