Immigration Staff Attorney

The Columbus, Ohio or Cincinnati, Ohio office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Immigration Service Team of our Labor & Employment Practice Group.

• Minimum of 2 years of immigration experience
• A good academic record, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ohio licensure or ability to obtain it in the short-term

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Candidates should be aware that this position is distinct from an associate position and is not considered on track for advancement to partnership.

This position is eligible for a flexible/reduced work schedule and/or remote work opportunities.
