Associate Attorney

We are opening a brand-new office in downtown Honolulu at the Pacific Guardian Center and are seeking attorneys to join our growing team. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in Hawaii, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a team player.

Attorneys from the outer islands are encouraged to apply — our office is hybrid, and remote work is available depending on experience.

You’ll work directly with partners on complex matters, gain exposure to strategy and client interaction, and receive hands‑on training designed to build long‑term success. • Partner with attorneys and team members on a wide range of insurance coverage and litigation matters.
• Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, regulations, policy language, and factual records.
• Prepare and respond to discovery, review claims files and case documents, and analyze coverage issues.
• Take and defend depositions; argue motions; prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and client or expert meetings.
• Participate in trial preparation and contribute to case strategy and execution.
