Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate matters to join their team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases.
Responsibilities- Structure and close commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Manage mortgage and mezzanine financings and equity investments.
- Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions.
- Connecticut Bar admission in good standing.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Connecticut Bar.
- Excellent technical and client service skills.
- Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
- Team‑oriented with a focus on collaboration.
