Business Immigration Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Attorney in Missoula, MT. Remote work from Arizona or Colorado will be considered. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.

• Handle H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3 visa matters and dependent applications.
• Manage J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, and EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 petitions.
• Conduct adjustment of status filings and consular processing.
• Ensure I-9 compliance and manage waivers.
• Assist with U.S. naturalization and family-based immigration cases.
• Engage in humanitarian program applications.

• Over four years of relevant immigration law experience.
• Licensed to practice law with a good reputation in the legal community.
• Experience in consular processing and I-9 compliance preferred.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Licensed attorney in good standing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
