Work hybrid remote. We have offices in Princeton, NJ and Manhattan, NY.

The role involves advising public and private sector clients on a broad range of environmental regulatory, permitting, compliance, transactional, and litigation matters.

• Counseling clients on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance issues at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Representing clients before governmental and administrative agencies involving environmental and land use matters.
• Advising on remediation projects, redevelopment initiatives, and environmental risk management.
• Assisting with land use approvals, permitting strategies, and compliance obligations.
• Providing environmental due diligence support for corporate and real estate transactions.
• Supporting environmental enforcement actions, disputes, and related litigation matters.
