Job Overview
A law firm seeks a full-time General Liability Associate to join their team in Buffalo, New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience managing the full life cycle of litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and preparation for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Duties- Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct discovery and depositions.
- Engage in motion practice and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with team members on case strategy.
- Minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
- Experience with professional liability matters is a plus.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
CertificationsLicensed to practice law in New York.
