• Prepare and prosecute patent applications for technology-focused clients.

• 1 to 3 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO.
• Strong technical writing and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and workload efficiently.
