- Participating in negotiations with suppliers, clients, partners, and contractors on legal matters
- Providing legal advice to internal teams (HR, Sales, Finance, etc.) within the company
- Analyzing legislation that affects the company’s activities and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitoring legislative changes, particularly in IT law, data protection, intellectual property, tax and commercial law
- Understanding federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements in the United States
- A solid grasp of the processes and standards required for SOC 2 compliance preparation
- Developing recommendations to optimize business processes from a legal perspective
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the IT sector or legal consulting
- Strong knowledge of IT law, including data protection, intellectual property, and contract law
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing documents such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, agreements, and internal policies
- Successful experience in negotiations with suppliers, clients, partners, and contractors
- At least Upper-Intermediate of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time management abilities
