A law firm seeks an Environmental Transactional and Regulatory Associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join their Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advising clients on complex environmental and regulatory matters, including transactions, compliance, and enforcement.

• Advise clients on environmental transactions and due diligence.
• Manage regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.
• Handle permitting and site remediation projects.
• Engage with state, federal, and local environmental regulatory agencies.
• Participate in administrative proceedings and litigation.

• Minimum of four years of experience in environmental transactional and regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage matters independently and proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Admission to practice law in Connecticut; dual admission in New York and/or Massachusetts is a plus.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the bar in Connecticut.
