Overview
A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will manage their own docket of cases, primarily focusing on auto accidents. This role offers flexibility with the option for in-person or primarily remote work.
Responsibilities- Manage a personal docket of personal injury cases.
- Collaborate with intake professionals, paralegals, and lien resolution coordinators.
- Provide legal representation in personal injury matters, primarily auto accidents.
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia; D.C. and/or MD licenses are a plus.
- Experience in personal injury law, particularly auto accidents.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Certifications:
Active Virginia State Bar membership. - Skills:
Strong case management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
