For cases valued over $150,000, you will work with the senior litigation attorney to prosecute the case. For cases below $150,000, you will move the case toward resolution or trial with supervision.
This is a great position for self-starters who want to conduct discovery, complete depositions, attend mediation, and take cases to trial.
