• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients, maintaining compliance with case management requirements.
• Evaluate, analyze, and execute litigation strategies effectively.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
• Criminal defense experience is welcomed.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
