The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) is seeking a Staff Attorney to litigate strategic First Amendment cases in support of FIRE’s mission. Based in Philadelphia or Washington, D.C., the role offers a hybrid schedule with some in-office and remote work days.
Fully remote work is not offered. You will litigate cases, draft pleadings, contribute to media coverage, supervise summer fellows and law clerks, and collaborate with our Communications team and paralegals.
