Location: New York
Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, P.C. is a regional insurance defense law firm with Manhattan offices seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney for our New York Automotive and Trucking Negligence department.
This position is hybrid/remote. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of motor vehicle negligence and general liability claims, supervise junior attorneys and staff, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and appear in court as needed.
