Henderson Scott US is seeking a Hawaii-admitted attorney for a fully remote role outside of court appearances. You must live in Hawaii and MUST BE admitted to practice law in Hawaii.
There are no billable hours and this is a strictly 40 hour per week role. You will manage a heavy, diversified HI caseload, communicate with clients, draft pleadings and motions, review agreements, and negotiate with opposing parties to resolve claims.
