Labor & Employment Attorney — Hybrid Remote ​/ DC— Established National Firm

This role puts you inside a practice that blends traditional labor and employment work with the regulatory depth of government contracts, advocating before the EEOC, DOL, OFCCP, and NLRB.

Our labor and employment practice sits alongside a nationally recognized government contracts group, giving attorneys exposure to matters that combine traditional EEO and labor work with the regulatory complexity unique to federal contracting.

• Base salary range: $200k to $300k

Representing government contractors and commercial businesses in employment matters spanning day-to-day counseling through litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts.

• Handle federal and state EEO, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters
• Counsel clients on employee hires, terminations, disciplinary actions, and payroll obligations
• Advise clients on workplace disputes and contract enforcement
• Represent clients in state, federal, and appellate court proceedings
• Advocate for clients before the EEOC, Department of Labor, OFCCP, NLRB, and other administrative bodies

• DC Bar admission
• 5+ years labor and employment experience
• Prior law firm experience
