- Base salary 150k–200k + bonus

This role supports two partners who specialize in data privacy, advising technology, SaaS, and AI companies on privacy and cybersecurity compliance, and contributing to data privacy work across commercial contracts and M&A transactions.
- Advise clients of all sizes – from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies – on privacy and cybersecurity compliance, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and emerging AI and automated decision-making regulations
- Draft and negotiate data privacy provisions in commercial contracts — data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, and IP licensing
- Support M&A transactions on privacy and data security diligence
- Assist with implementation of privacy and AI compliance programs and internal governance policies
- Manage data breach preparedness, response, and internal compliance investigations
- Colorado Bar admission, or willingness to become licensed
- 4+ years of data privacy and security compliance experience, coming out of a law firm's data privacy practice or a tech company's in-house privacy team
- Data privacy and cybersecurity compliance
- AI/machine learning governance
