Smith Osburn Cross is seeking a litigation associate attorney for a 100% remote role based in Texas. The attorney will handle insurance defense litigation, including auto, premises, and first-party matters, with travel for court appearances across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston.
You will manage cases end-to-end, take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and progress from second-chair to first-chair on trials. Competitive salary and benefits provided.
