Our firm's attorneys have taught estate planning at UCLA Extension since 1963 and lecture at the country's leading tax and estate planning institutes. Job Details
You'll handle sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer matters for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and their families, with the firm's full practice available to you as you grow.
- Design and draft estate plans — wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related wealth transfer documents
- Advise on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
- Handle estate and trust administration matters
- Work on business succession planning for business owners and real estate investors
- Structure charitable planning and family foundations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals across the firm's estate, trust, and litigation practices
Looking for:
- California Bar admission
- 3+ years of estate planning experience with a trusts and estates / wealth transfer focus
- Associate through of counsel levels considered
Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them:
- High Net Worth Estate Planning / Wealth Transfer Planning
- Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
