Location: Indianapolis
Parity is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join its legal team. The role focuses on corporate law, governance, and expanding into other areas of tech law within a fast-paced Web3 environment.
Ideal candidates have 3+ PQE and prior in-house exposure, with a passion for blockchain, open source and decentralised systems. You will join a close-knit team, handling board matters, governance, and commercial agreements, while interacting with senior management and external counsel.
