University of Virginia is seeking a part-time FOIA/eDiscovery Paralegal to support the Office of the University Counsel in Charlottesville, VA. The role assists the FOIA Officer/eDiscovery Manager, handles FOIA requests and subpoenas, and helps manage litigation preservation notices and records.
Remote work may be possible at times at UVA’s discretion. The position is 24 hours per week, with compensation $22.00–$25.00 per hour, not eligible for leave or benefits, and capped at 1500 hours per
