United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Legal Assistant contractor to join our small, agile Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will handle contract organization, data hygiene, and privacy compliance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You will work closely with the General Counsel, Legal Ops Manager, and Paralegal, gaining hands-on experience in contract lifecycle management and legal operations while collaborating across cross-functional teams from a remote setting.
