US is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel focused on Commercial Contracts to join its U.S. legal team.
This in-house role requires drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing a wide range of commercial agreements, including master warehousing agreements, SOWs, amendments, real estate leases, estoppels, NDAs, and vendor contracts. The ideal candidate holds a US JD, active bar license, and at least five years of experience in commercial contracting.
