BBCH Support Services LLC is expanding its workforce and seeks a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing Business Line. This hybrid/remote role supports corporate registrations, licensing, and multi-state filings across our portfolio of subsidiaries from Knoxville, TN or remote locations.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years paralegal experience, CSC Navigator proficiency, and familiarity with ANC, SBA 8(a), DOT/UCP, and SAM.gov. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
