A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate Attorney to join its Nevada team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking for a collaborative culture, strong support, and flexibility with hybrid or fully remote work arrangements based on experience.
Responsibilities- Handle a diverse general liability defense caseload from inception through resolution.
- Manage litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Work independently while collaborating with a highly supportive legal team.
- Active Nevada Bar admission.
- Experience practicing in general liability, insurance defense, or related litigation matters.
- Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills.
- Ability to manage files independently and efficiently.
- Salary up to $200,000+ DOE
