Attorney — Hybrid Remote​/Philadelphia or Cherry Hill

Founded close to three decades ago, we are a regional civil litigation defense firm, recognized locally, regionally, and nationally, serving as National Coordinating and Regional Trial counsel for clients in major asbestos and toxic tort litigations. 45 attorneys across two offices in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, defending Fortune 500 companies, insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals in the state and federal courts.

• Base salary up to $170k

You’ll carry a generalist civil defense docket defending insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals.

• Defend matters from inception through resolution
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings; support and second-chair trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Work alongside National Coordinating and Regional Trial counsel teams on complex multi-party litigation

Looking For:

• 1-5 years of experience
• PA or NJ Bar Admission
