Location: City of Albany
NYSERDA is offering a Legal Intern position for Summer 2027 in Albany/NY. The paid internship (or externship) pays $18–$20 per hour and runs June through August, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
Current law students will support counsel on energy policy, contracts, FOIL responses, and environment-related matters. Interns must be located in NYS or an adjacent state and work-half time in Albany or NYC, with telework options.
