The State of Washington Office of Public Defense invites qualified solo practitioners or multi-attorney offices to provide Blake vacate representation and related LFO refunds in Cowlitz County courts under RFQ 27002.
This is an open-ended contract from immediately through June 30, 2027. Compensation is $135.00 hourly for contract attorneys and $70.00 hourly for support staff. Applications are reviewed upon receipt and positions are open until filled; remote work not guaranteed.
