Open Train is seeking a legal and commercial contract evaluation expert to review domain-specific documents and assess their quality, accuracy, and relevance. You will evaluate legal, compliance, and commercial contract materials, identify issues, and provide actionable feedback using established review guidelines.

The role is offered on a contractor and part-time basis. The structured listing requires a commitment of 20 or more hours per week, while the project description specifies 40 hours per week; confirm the applicable schedule during the application process.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least two years of professional experience in a legal, compliance, or commercial contract domain.
• Professional experience reviewing commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements, or compliance documents.
• Strong document analysis and review skills.
• Experience writing structured analytical evaluations or feedback reports.
• Ability to follow detailed document review guidelines and quality criteria.
• Strong written English communication skills at a professional level.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience with AI training or data evaluation projects is helpful. Familiarity with legal or commercial document review processes in a business or law firm environment can also support success in this role.
