Job Overview

Duties- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.
- Interface with deal counsel and clients to obtain necessary documentation.
- Review and negotiate financing agreements with lenders.
- Conduct legal research on corporate and real estate law matters.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate law experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable handling the lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Ohio Bar.
- Strong commitment to client service.
- Proactive approach and ownership of work.
- Ability to work with a variety of attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
