Duties- Advise on transactional tax matters related to renewable energy.
- Assist clients in qualifying for federal tax credits.
- Collaborate with developers and investors on tax equity investments.
- Strong transactional tax experience required.
- Experience in a similar tax practice preferred.
- Admitted to practice law in Washington D.C. and/or Texas.
- High level of academic achievement preferred.
- Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
- Excellent advisory skills in renewable energy transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
