Remote California-barred Attorney For Complex Fraud Litigation Practice

Are you looking to transition out of personal injury or insurance defense and get into more sophisticated litigation? Our client is looking for a remote California-barred attorney to join its complex fraud litigation practice!

Role:

• The associate will work with a team of 2 partners, 1 other associate, and at least 1 paralegal.
• The team usually handles anywhere from 2 to 4 cases at any given time.
• The associate will get to know the entire case, as it is a team approach, and will handle research, law & motion, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Yearly Billable Requirement: 1850 hours
