Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Commercial – IP Paralegal (Non-Atty) to support the Intellectual Property team and collaborate with the Commercial Team and Global Procurement Center of Excellence in a hybrid role in the United States.
You will assist with patent prosecution, manage IP portfolios, and help draft and review commercial agreements, while coordinating legal workflows and contributing to operational excellence. Strong paralegal experience and IP systems familiarity are required.
