- Five to seven years of experience in private equity acquisitions.
- Strong academic record with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must be barred in California.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications- Active bar membership in California.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for legal research and drafting.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
