Remote Paralegal - PI & Med Mal

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Manage case files, including organizing discovery, medical records, and court filings
- Assist in trial preparation and deposition summaries
- Conduct legal research related to PI and Med Mal cases
- Handle calendaring, e-filing, and docketing deadlines in Florida courts
- Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and court staff
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of paralegal experience in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice (Florida cases required)
Strong understanding of Florida legal procedures and court systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision a true self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with legal software and remote communication tools (Clio, MyCase, etc., a plus)
Highly organized and proactive with a take-the-lead attitude
