Boutique commercial law firm looking for a mid-level commercial litigation associate with approximately 3–10 years of experience to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing, discovery, deposition, motion practice, and client-management skills, with the ability to take meaningful responsibility for matters and work with a high degree of independence. Commercial litigation experience is preferred, and transactional real estate experience is a plus.
