Law​/Legal Associate, Commercial & Corporate Law

Boutique commercial law firm looking for a mid-level commercial litigation associate with approximately 3–10 years of experience to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing, discovery, deposition, motion practice, and client-management skills, with the ability to take meaningful responsibility for matters and work with a high degree of independence. Commercial litigation experience is preferred, and transactional real estate experience is a plus.

We represent clients from diverse businesses and industries, including real estate development, management, brokerage and leasing companies, contractors, manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers, automobile leasing companies, commercial landlords and tenants, residential and commercial lenders, and insurance companies, as well as individuals.
